Prospective buyers must rely on their own professional advice and satisfy themselves in relation to all the foregoing matters by inspection or otherwise. Furniture and accessories shown in computer-generated images and photographs are not included in any sale. The services and amenities referenced on the site are indicative of the developer’s current intentions as to the services and amenities which will initially be provided at the development, but we the developer reserves the right to add to, remove or amend these services in the future. No representation or warranty, express or implied, is made that any facilities referred to on our site will be available when residents move in or at all.
We the developer nor the developer’s sales agents nor any of their respective employees, officers or agents has any authority to make or give any representations or warranty whatsoever in relation to the development or any part of it.

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.

Retention of your personal information
