50 Brook Green

Heritage building located within Brook Green to become 34 landmark residences in this coveted leafy west London neighbourhood.

In partnership with renowned architectural practice Darling Associates, Valouran is sympathetically revitalising these heritage buildings to give this former Victorian school a new lease of life, creating homes with the highest sustainability credentials whilst preserving the historical significance of the site.

Already considered one of West London’s most desirable residential locations, Valouran’s latest project will further enhance this long-established London neighbourhood, characterised by tree-lined streets, Victorian townhouses, and globally renowned schools including St Paul’s Girls School, Godolphin and Latymer.

Our plans will see the retention of London stock brick façades and authentic architectural elements ranging from masonry detailing to slate and clay tile hung roofs and large timber sash windows, paired seamlessly with a modern interior aesthetic and the latest technologies.

With a net saleable Area of 42,000 sq. ft., set across 0.77 acres, the development promises to be a landmark in urban living, offering generous living spaces that benefit from the existing buildings’ scale, light filled rooms and architectural merit.
