90 Westbourne Grove

Situated at the junction of Westbourne Grove and Hereford Road in the heart of Notting Hill, 90 Westbourne Grove is Valouran’s latest landmark redevelopment in West London.

This mixed-use site will deliver 28 bespoke residences alongside premium retail space at street and lower ground levels, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding £225 million.

Designed in collaboration with Pilbrow & Partners, the scheme reimagines the existing urban fabric with a blend of retained façades and new-build elements. The development will include a new mansion block, a revitalised mews, and a thoughtfully designed streetscape.

Inspired by the character of traditional London architecture, the homes—ranging from one to four bedrooms—combine timeless elegance with modern comforts.

A key feature of the project is its emphasis on outdoor living, with 93% of residences offering private outdoor space and extensive landscaping to enrich the public realm. Planning is set to be submitted in late 2025, with completion anticipated in 2028.
