Thirty light-filled residences across three pavilions framing a stunning landscaped garden in North London.
These distinctive new build apartments reference the social and architectural ideals of the Arts and Crafts movement expressed so well in the neighbouring Hampstead Garden Suburb.
A Middle Eastern investor engaged us to redevelop this 2.25-acre site on the famed Bishops Avenue in Hampstead. Working with Pilbrow and Partners, we achieved an exceptional planning consent for thirty apartments taking on existing saleable area of 8,000 sqft to 81,000 sqft set across three pavilions, surrounding a courtyard garden. Our sensitive, design and heritage-led approach was incredibly well-received by the local planning authority, with consent being granted in record time under delegated powers. Works have commenced on site with completion set for 2025. Using our extensive network of banking contacts, we arranged a comprehensive development financing package on behalf of the client.
