Working with owner MARK Capital Management our team obtained planning for an enhanced scheme and brought in CC Land Holdings as a joint venture partner. We also arranged an £850m development loan from Apollo Global Management. We are reshaping the former Whiteleys Department store in London’s Bayswater into a mixed-use scheme that will be truly transformational. Comprising an entire city block and extending to over one million square feet, The Whiteley is a once-in-a-generation project.The scheme comprises 139 residential apartments and town houses, a 109-key Six Senses hotel, nineteen retail boutiques, a multi-screen cinema and state-of-the art gym.
