This Knightsbridge site was acquired in partnership with global real-estate developer and investor, Wainbridge, it had an extant planning consent for a scheme of apartments. We optimised the design and were able to achieve a much-enhanced design comprising five townhouses and four apartments, increasing the saleable area by some 20%. We employed a complex top-down construction methodology so that we could complete the upper floors in parallel with digging the triple basement.
