This boutique development of apartments on Cheval Place, Knightsbridge, transformed a pair of unprepossessing mews houses. The existing site contained residential and commercial uses, which created particular planning challenges. Through a creative use of land swaps, we managed to unlock a significant amount of value and rebuilt the entire site selling the finished apartments for record prices.
