We obtained an outstanding planning consent to create six luxury apartments with eleven carparking spaces, and no affordable housing requirement. The planning required retention of the front facade, excavation of multiple basements and complete reconstruction of the building. We managed the entire planning, construction and sales process and sold the apartments at significant premiums to the surrounding area.
